u r Hi s t o r y
Blue Oak Mountain Technologies, Inc. was formed as a consulting and technical training development company in April of 1996 and incorporated as a California corporation in January of 1997. For the first few years we focused our consulting business entirely on training development in Silicon Valley. In the past few years we have expanded into other areas such as technology development. In addition, we have begun some market potential testing with tourist and real estate investment related consulting in Cozumel, Mexico.
On December 31st, 2006, Blue Oak ceased business operations in California, and we have disolved our California corporation. The company re-opened on January 1st, 2007 as a Nevada corporation. This change was made because all of the company's current business is now outside of California, and Nevada has a more business friendly environment that seems better suited for our future plans.
